I tried to open a new account in soldar portal through soldat (not explorer) and it gives me an error in captcha verification.

I think the Beta is looking good. However, every single time it has updated, something in the updater screws up and ruins the files. I have to redownload the entire beta every time you make an update.
What version are you using? (The number next to ‘Soldat build’ in the exit game tab)
i like 1.5.1 cuz theres no errors like “soldat.exe access violation”
Why does it say “Unregistered” when I start up the 1.5.1 beta? (this doesn’t happen on 1.5.0)

Actually I dont :S I got it 4 years ago, for my birthday. Got it from a friend of mine :O (The activation code + program thingy). Hell I dont have the key anymore :S
Either way, the key you were using is now banned. Keys get banned if I find them on google.

I was playing Soldat at a server called CurryWurst, and when I entered a new round, it tried to load a map I didn’t have yet. So normally you just rejoin and the game downloads the map. But that didn’t work this time. The join button turned grey after clicking it for like 1 second. Then it turned back to normal.
So my problem is, that the map wouldn’t download.
Excellent work. The M79 is finally where it should be.. as in I can properly boost again. Now then, when and where do we post our feedback? Played on the eC beta server tonight and noticed some odd things.

oh yeah^^ this words make me very happy! i hope soldat never loos his updates and addons… i love making maps in soldat. i wonder what is done better yet :D
I hope this game is good. On top of the bug fixes I hope it has graphic updates along with more features.

And on that note, I just upgraded the countdown clock to use the servers time instead of local PC time. So it should now be accurate down to the very second.

#soldat.mapping gathers will change all servers into 1.5.1 BETA. It’s going to be one of largest playtest areas. Supported gamemodes are normal CTF (EU & NA), realistic CTF (EU), Infiltration (EU) and Hold the Flag (EU).
Cool. Need an AU server for me though :)

Enesce, I’m so glad you have contributed to this game in a positive manner and way! I hope these have benefit the game and increases the popularity of it. Although my exams are in the period your releasing the game :( I don’t want to get distracted if you know what I mean!! Haha, good work on the beta aka release, I just hope theres no more bugs (or any unexpected ones too). Cheers.

I’m planning on running a gather for this for the few days after it’s released, so that we can get some serious beta testing done. :D
That’s a real good idea! It would be cool if there were a realistic one too (or r/s but I doubt enough people would test that), or maybe able to play both on the same gather, I don’t know what gather bot your using but if there is a realistic one, I’ll definitely try to contribute some to that.
Mine is just going to be an aussie based one (running a server off my computer), with the ability to choose what gamemode to play.
Will the dedicated server be released along side or will it be released earlier?
Should I update the servers right before it is released or do you advice to maintain the actual dedicated server?
It is up to you really. Having plenty of active players is required for the beta to be a success, but if your server is in a country that is already popular server-wise, don’t bother. For example, I don’t want to see 10 servers in USA. Players will need to conglomerate together instead of being spread out, otherwise things will be missed.
One thing people need to remember though, is it is a beta. Meaning there is always a chance that upon release, there will be major bugs that completely disable online gameplay or stability.
